Beaconsfield Pub Acquisition

Glenstone Property are pleased to announce that their leisure subsidiary Innbrighton Properties Limited have completed the purchase of The White Horse pub located in the highly affluent Beaconsfield Old Town.

The premises comprise of a cellar, a large ground floor trading area with ancillary space on first floor and outside seating space to the front of the property. The property is let to Brunning & Price Limited who have recently made a significant investment in refitting the premises.

The property was acquired for just over £2m reflecting a NIY of 6%, an addition which further expands the group’s pub portfolio.
