Non Executive Chairman
Chris was appointed to the Board of Glenstone in 2012 and became Chairman in 2014. He has over 30 years of retail property experience and was CEO of Churston Heard, the UK’s largest independent Retail Property Consultancy before it was acquired by JLL in the summer of 2008. After which he became Chairman of the Retail Group EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa). He left his full time position at JLL, a Global Property Consultancy in 2013 and is a consultant and sits on various company boards as a director.Email
Non Executive Director
Rakesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top five firm. His experience covers a number of business sectors including investment and asset holding companies, hedge funds and international clients. Rakesh has worked with companies in the financial sector for a number of years. He is currently Managing Partner and Chairman of MHA MacIntyre Hudson and a member of the International Board of Baker Tilly International.Email
Duncan was a former partner of Oliver Jaques Commercial based in London and joined Glenstone’s Leicester Business in 1993. He has over 30 years’ experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors.
Duncan was promoted to Managing Director in 1997 and has overall responsibility for all investment and trading business. He has recently retired from his role as a Governor of The Malcolm Arnold Academy.Email
Ben joined Glenstone in 2012 as Property Director. He is responsible for portfolio investment, strategy and trading. Ben was formerly an investment agent at Knight Frank, Leslie Furness (King Sturge) and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan.Email
Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. Appointed Managing Director of London & Surrey Property Holdings Ltd, Amdale Securities Ltd and Deemark Ltd in 2008. Formerly an investment and leasing agent with Edwin Hill Chartered Surveyors (now Altus Group). His particular areas of expertise are property management, development and residential.Email
Andrew joined Glenstone in 2016 as Group Finance Director. His career has largely been with financial institutions in London, Hong Kong and the Middle East. More recently he has been working in the SME sector with a number of commercial and development companies.
Andrew is a director of several companies including a rugby and cricket club reflecting his outside interests.
