Glenstone acquire Northampton Industrial Unit

Glenstone have completed the purchase of a single let industrial unit in Northampton.

The unit is let to Boost Trampoline Parks on a 10 year lease.

The property comprises a modern warehouse unit totalling approximately 30,000 sq.ft let at £6.69 psf.

The freehold investment was purchased for just over £3m.

The acquisition forms part of Glenstone’s wider strategy of diversifying into growth sectors and strategic locations across the UK.
