The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on Wednesday 5th June 2019, it was resolved that a second interim Property Income Distribution of 30p per Ordinary share of 2p each is to be paid on 28th June 2019 in respect of the year ending 31st March 2019.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 31st March 2019.
