Glenstone acquires Ravensthorpe Holdings Limited

On 18th December 2018 Glenstone Property plc purchased the total share capital of a private holding company Ravensthorpe Holdings Limited in a cash deal for a total consideration of circa £1.9m.

Ravensthorpe consists of a single-let industrial site in close proximity to the A11, Bury St Edmunds and is an excellent addition to the ever growing diversified portfolio.
