Managing Director Appointment

At a Board meeting on 27 May 2020 it was confirmed that Ben Green would be appointed as Managing Director with immediate effect.

There has been an unintended extended gap since Duncan Kennedy left the role during which time the Chairman took on a more executive role and the Board explored a number of options that could have made the appointment of Ben premature.

Ben has been with Glenstone for in excess of 8 years having joined as a retail specialist. Since the merger in January 2016 Ben has extended his sector coverage impressively to include industrial, distribution, leisure and residential.

Ben has driven the portfolio diversification over the past few years and will continue to execute against the strategy we have previously shared. Ben takes the reins at a time of unprecedented disruption and his immediate focus is on maintaining rental income and preserving cash.
