Result of AGM and Property Income Distribution

The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 September 2021, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The Directors also report that at a Board Meeting held on 8 September 2021 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 13p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 8 October 2021.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 17 September 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 16 September 2021.

This above distribution marks the start for a regular quarterly distrubtion moving forwards.
